How we evaluate training apps and technique guidance

We start with the training job you need to complete. We then separate verified product facts from our practical interpretation and state the limitation that could change your decision.

The four checks behind every page

  1. 01

    Task fit

We define whether you need video review, a training plan, a log, a competition countdown, or a focused session tool. We do not treat these jobs as interchangeable.

  2. 02

    Product evidence

We check the current official product listing and first-party pages. We describe only documented capabilities and never promise progression, diagnosis, or a replacement for a qualified coach.

  3. 03

    Sport evidence

We prefer governing bodies, official rules, primary research, and qualified technical sources. We place citations beside claims about rules, safety, physiology, and measurement.

  4. 04

    Transparent comparison

We show the criteria, useful trade-offs, and the date checked. We do not publish competitor price, trial, subscription, hardware-cost, availability, or download claims.
